Decide which Kit you need based on your system requirements. 1a. Click on the component, i.e., 920 Series Oil Separator, to go to the web page containing the information you need to choose the right component. 2.) Select the kit components that fit your 920/R Oil Separator. 2a. Enter the model or part number next to the component: Example: Model # 20-590 (1) Adjustable OLC NOTE: The quantities needed for each component are listed with the exception of oil level controls. - You will need to count how many oil level controls you need per system and enter that number, in addition to the correct part number. Example: Model #20-590 Quantity: 4 Adjustable OLC 3.) Print out your completed Component Kit Worksheet. 4.) Take or fax Worksheet to your wholesaler. Conversion Component Kit #1: 920 Series Coalescent Oil Separator: Choose the 920 when you need to replace an existing separator or add a new oil separator during conversion. Model # (1) 920 Series oil separator with factory-installed Clean-Up® Filter Match the 920 oil separator to your system with the Temprite Sizing Chart. Part # (2) Additional Clean-Up® Filters* Part # (3) Standard Filters Model # (1) Pressure Differential Indicator (PDI) * If the oil in your system has a lot of dirt and solid contaminants, we advise ordering additional Clean-Up® Filters. Option A: Combine the 920 with Option A when you need to replace an existing oil reservoir, reservoir, add an oil reservoir, or increase the capacity of an existing oil reservoir. Model # (1) Oil Reservoir (Choose appropriate size for your system) Model # (1) OCV-20 Pressure-Reducing Valve Option B: Add Option B when you need to replace an existing mechanical oil level control (OLC) or upgrade to a new electronic OLC. State quantity needed per system. Model # Quantity: Adjustable OLC Model # Quantity: Non-adjustable OLC Model # Quantity: Electronic OLC Conversion Component Kit #2: 920R Series Coalescent Oil Separator: Choose the 920R when you want to replace a separator with either a built-in or external reservoir during conversion. Model # (1) 920R Series oil separator with factory-installed Clean-Up® Filter Match the 920R oil separator to your system with the Temprite Sizing Chart Part # (2) Additional Clean-Up® Filters* Part # (3) Standard Filters Model # (1) Pressure Differential Indicator (PDI) Model # (1) A-7 or Y1236C Valve1 * If the oil in your system has a lot of dirt and solid contaminants, we advise ordering additional Clean-Up® Filters. 1 Additional A-7 or Y1236C Valves may be needed if the system has split suction or satellites. Option A: Add Option A when you need to replace an existing mechanical oil level control (OLC) or upgrade to a new electronic OLC.
