MIKE GREGORY STATEMENT
We have been using Temprite Coalescent Oil Separators 920 Series for about four to five years. Our company owns and operates many old refrigeration racks. When the oil separators finally wear out and have oiling problems, we replace them with Temprite. We use them as part of our "Energy Project". We spec them on all of our new equipment and we have found that less POE oil is required to charge the system. This saves you money from the time the system is started up.
With our first Temprite installation, we noticed that the low temp systems started pulling down to their temperature set-points quicker, after a defrost period, than they had previously. This coincided with excess oil being accumulated in the new Temprite 920 Series Separator. We removed seven gallons of oil from this first rack; this was a fairly close-coupled installation without long line sets. We have had to remove excess oil from every rack in which we have replaced the original oil separators with Temprite 920 Series. When excess oil is removed from the systems evaporators their heat transfer ability is increased, shortening overall run time on the compressors, which lowers energy costs to the tune of a minimum of $2,500.00 per rack, per year.
Temprite 920 Series coalescent oil separators cure oil-logged systems. Installing them reduces service calls and is a very short rate of return on your investment when reduced energy consumption and reduced maintenance is taken into consideration. When we do a Freon conversion, the first step in this process is to install a new Temprite 920 Series a month in advance and remove the excess oil before we reclaim the old Freon and recharge the system with new refrigerant.
I cannot say enough good things about Temprite 920 Series Oil Separators. They should be part of any green mechanical system. Temprite products reduce your company's carbon footprint. Keep up the good work.
Thanks.
